Terms & Conditions — weakph Online Gaming Platform

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply. Understanding these terms will help you navigate the agreement with clarity.

• "weakph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the weakph online gaming platform accessible at weakph.cam, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" refers to the weakph website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated gaming services, features, and content available at weakph.cam.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player on the weakph Platform.
• "Game" refers to any betting, wagering, or gaming product offered through the Platform, including but not limited to bingo, slots, live casino games, and sports betting.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by weakph to Players.
• "Funds" refers to real Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) amounts deposited into or held within a Player's weakph Account.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with weakph, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or PAGCOR-mandated gaming prohibition;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a weakph employee or business partner.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by weakph's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds held in the Account.

weakph reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include government-issued IDs recognized in the Philippines, including but not limited to a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, or voter's ID. Players from Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other Philippine regions are subject to the same verification standards.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one Account on the weakph Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. weakph employs technical and procedural safeguards to detect duplicate accounts, and any identified duplicate accounts will be suspended with Funds subject to review and potential forfeiture.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weakph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. weakph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials is your responsibility.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify weakph's support team via the live chat widget or email at [email protected]. weakph will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification; however, weakph shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that occurred prior to notification.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, contact number, email, or banking details must be reported to weakph promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in payment processing or Account suspension.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login and no wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. weakph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any fee deduction. Reactivating your Account requires a successful login to weakph.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

weakph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. weakph does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account in real-time. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing times. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any associated bank charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. PayMaya withdrawals process within one (1) hour. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank settle within the same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, or the next banking day for requests submitted after the cutoff.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

weakph complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. We are required to monitor, record, and report transactions that meet the thresholds prescribed by law and PAGCOR regulations. weakph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds where required. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of such verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

weakph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. Bonus terms will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotion page at weakph.cam/promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

weakph reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements artificially.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

weakph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. weakph is not liable for losses arising from changes to promotion availability, provided such changes are communicated in a timely manner on the Platform.

6. Gaming Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the weakph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. weakph accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games on the weakph Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The integrity of the RNG system ensures that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by weakph, the Player, or any third party.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection interruption during gameplay, weakph reserves the right to declare any affected round void and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. weakph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to games and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on weakph cover local and international events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules governing each market. Results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body. weakph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where there is evidence of result manipulation or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the weakph Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended immediately and their case referred to the appropriate authorities where warranted:

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documentation;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any illegal financial transaction;
• Colluding with other Players or attempting to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing weakph staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the weakph Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface design, text, code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of weakph or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without the prior written consent of weakph.

The weakph name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of weakph's intellectual property for commercial purposes or in any manner that causes confusion or disparages the brand is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, weakph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical failures, unauthorized Account access, or your own breach of these Terms.

weakph's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with a single incident shall in no event exceed the total amount wagered by that Player in the twenty-four (24) hours preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit weakph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

weakph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on weakph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations. 11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Player Protection Tools

weakph provides all registered Players with access to responsible gaming tools through their Account dashboard, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity at all times.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are non-reversible for the duration of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive promotional communications from weakph.

11.3 Underage Gaming Prevention

weakph operates strict age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players must be at least 21 years of age. If weakph identifies or receives credible information indicating that a Player is under 21, that Account will be suspended immediately, winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

weakph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where weakph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination for cause, weakph may withhold any Funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, Funds will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting weakph support; any remaining verified balance will be paid out following standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the weakph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact weakph's support team to resolve the matter informally. weakph is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

weakph reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect. Your continued use of the weakph Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. weakph will process any outstanding balance in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the closure request.
